What it brings in
- Your TikTok campaigns, ad groups and ads.
- Daily spend, impressions, clicks and conversions per campaign.
Before you start
- A TikTok for Business account with access to the advertiser accounts you want.
Steps
- In 1Dashboard, open Integrations and click Connect on the TikTok Ads card.
- Sign in with TikTok for Business and allow access.
- On the pick advertisers screen, choose how much history to pull (30 days, 90 days, 1 year or all history up to 2 years) and the cadence (hourly, every 4 hours or daily).
- Click Connect next to each advertiser you want. The first import runs in the background.
How often it syncs
- Spend and results refresh on the cadence you picked (hourly by default).
- Ad groups and ads refresh every 4 hours.
- To refresh an advertiser now, open Manage on the card and click Sync next to it.
Each card on the Integrations page shows when it last synced, and flags anything that needs you.
Common problems
Signed in but TikTok didn’t return any advertisers
Check that the TikTok user has access to an advertiser account. New advertiser accounts can take a few minutes to appear, so wait and reload.
“TikTok Ads didn’t connect”
The TikTok account may have removed access for 1Dashboard. Try again, or sign in with a different TikTok for Business account.
“The connection link expired”
The TikTok sign-in page was open for more than about 10 minutes. Click Connect again.
TikTok Ads sign-in expired
Click Reconnect on the card and sign in to TikTok again.
Disconnect
- To stop one advertiser: open Manage, click Remove next to it. New syncs stop; metrics already imported stay.
- To stop TikTok entirely: click Disconnect on the card. The saved TikTok sign-in is removed. Spend already synced stays in 1Dashboard.
