What it brings in
- Your Microsoft Advertising campaigns.
- Daily spend, clicks and results per campaign.
Before you start
- A Microsoft account that can open your Microsoft Advertising accounts.
- If you sign in with a work account, your Microsoft admin may need to allow Microsoft Advertising for outside apps once. The app shows the exact instructions if so.
Steps
- In 1Dashboard, open Integrations and click Connect on the Bing Ads card.
- Sign in with Microsoft and allow access.
- On the pick accounts screen, choose how much history to pull and the cadence (hourly, every 4 hours, or daily at 06:00 UTC).
- Click Connect next to each account you want. The first import runs in the background.
How often it syncs
- The first import runs right after you connect an account.
- To refresh an account at any time, open Manage on the card and click Sync next to it.
Each card on the Integrations page shows when it last synced, and flags anything that needs you.
Common problems
“Your Microsoft organization hasn’t enabled Microsoft Advertising for outside apps yet”
Your Microsoft admin needs to run a one-time step in your Azure tenant. The error screen shows the exact instructions to send them. Then try again.
“That Microsoft account can’t sign in to this app”
Try a different Microsoft account, usually the one you use to sign in to Microsoft Advertising.
Signed in but no ad accounts were returned
Check that the Microsoft user you signed in with has access to a Microsoft Advertising account, then reload the page.
“The connection link expired”
The sign-in page was open for too long. Click Connect again and finish within a few minutes.
Disconnect
- To stop one account: open Manage, click Remove next to it. New syncs stop; metrics already imported stay.
- To stop Microsoft Ads entirely: click Disconnect on the card. The saved Microsoft sign-in is removed. Spend already synced stays in 1Dashboard.
