Terms of Service

Last updated: 20 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between Scalabl LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, trading as 1Dashboard ("1Dashboard", "we", "us"), and the business or organisation that creates a 1Dashboard account ("Customer", "you"). The person accepting these terms confirms they have authority to bind the Customer.

1Dashboard is a business-to-business service. You agree that you are acquiring it for the purposes of a business and not as a consumer. If you are in New Zealand, the parties agree that the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 does not apply (section 43) and that it is fair and reasonable to contract out of it.

1. The Service

1Dashboard brings leads, contacts and advertising data from the tools you connect into one workspace, with filters, reports and exports (the "Service"). It is available at app.1dashboard.io and through our API.

We may improve and change the Service over time. If we remove a feature that you rely on in a material way, we will give you reasonable notice.

Some features are labelled beta, preview or early access. They are provided as they are, may change or stop, and are excluded from any service level commitment.

2. Accounts

  • You must give accurate account information and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for everything done under your account and by the users you invite.
  • Keep sign-in links, passkeys, two-factor devices and API keys secure. Tell us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.
  • Workspace owners and admins control who has access to the workspace and what role they have.

3. Your data

  • You own your data. All data you or your users connect, import, upload or create in the Service, including leads and ad account data ("Customer Data"), remains yours.
  • Licence to us. You give us a limited licence to host, copy, process, transmit and display Customer Data only as needed to provide, secure and support the Service, and as described in our Privacy Policy.
  • We act as your processor. For personal information in Customer Data (for example the people in your leads), you decide why and how it is processed and we process it on your behalf. Our Data Processing Addendum forms part of these terms.
  • Your responsibilities. You confirm you have the rights, notices and consents needed to collect Customer Data and to have us process it, including under privacy, spam and marketing laws (such as the NZ Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007 and the AU Spam Act 2003).
  • Export and deletion. You can export your leads as CSV at any time. When your workspace is closed, we delete Customer Data within 30 days, and backups containing it expire within a further 30 days. Before closing, export anything you want to keep.
  • We do not sell Customer Data, use it for advertising, or use it to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

4. Connected services

The Service connects to third-party tools you choose, such as Zoho CRM, ActiveCampaign, Google, Meta, TikTok and Microsoft Advertising. When you connect one:

  • you authorise us to access it on your behalf, read the data needed for the feature and, where you enable it, send data to it;
  • your use of that tool is governed by your agreement with its provider, not by us;
  • we are not responsible for the third-party tool, its availability, its API limits, or changes it makes that affect the integration.

If a provider changes or withdraws its API, we may need to change or remove the related integration.

5. Acceptable use

You must not, and must not let anyone else:

  1. use the Service to break any law, including privacy, spam, consumer protection and anti-discrimination laws;
  2. upload or connect data you have no right to use, or personal information collected without the notice or consent the law requires;
  3. store special categories of sensitive information (such as health records, payment card numbers or government identifiers) in the Service unless we agree in writing;
  4. send spam or unsolicited messages using data from the Service;
  5. try to access another customer's data, probe or bypass our security, or test for vulnerabilities without our written permission;
  6. overload the Service, exceed published rate limits on purpose, or scrape it;
  7. copy, resell, sublicense or provide the Service to third parties as a service bureau, except an agency managing its own clients' workspaces;
  8. reverse engineer the Service, except where the law allows it;
  9. use the Service to build a competing product.

We may suspend access if we reasonably believe you are breaching this section or putting the Service, other customers or third parties at risk. We will tell you why and, where practical, give you a chance to fix the issue first.

6. Fees and payment

During early access, the Service is free unless we agree a price with you in writing. We will give you at least 30 days' notice before we start charging, and you can close your account before then. When paid plans start:

  • fees are set out on our pricing page or in your order, are payable in advance and are exclusive of sales tax, GST, VAT or other taxes unless stated;
  • subscriptions renew automatically for the same term unless cancelled before renewal;
  • we may change prices with at least 30 days' notice, effective from your next renewal;
  • if payment is overdue by more than 14 days, we may suspend the Service after notice.

Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires or these terms say otherwise.

7. Availability and support

We aim to keep the Service available and to fix problems quickly, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Planned maintenance will be announced where practical. Support is by email at [email protected], and we aim to reply within one business day.

8. Confidentiality

Each party will keep the other's confidential information confidential and use it only for the purposes of these terms, except information that is public, already known, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law. Customer Data is your confidential information.

9. Intellectual property

We own the Service, including its software, design and documentation. Apart from the right to use the Service under these terms, no rights are transferred to you. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.

10. Warranties and disclaimers

Each party confirms it has the authority to enter into these terms. Except as expressly stated in these terms, and to the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", and we disclaim all other warranties, conditions and guarantees, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Reports and metrics depend on the data supplied by connected services, and we do not guarantee that third-party data is complete or accurate.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded by law, including under the Australian Consumer Law where it applies. Where our liability for a breach of a non-excludable guarantee can be limited, it is limited (at our option) to supplying the services again or paying the cost of having them supplied again.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law:

  • neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill or anticipated savings, however caused;
  • each party's total liability under or in connection with these terms in any 12-month period is limited to the fees paid or payable by you for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or US$100 if greater (for example while the Service is free);
  • these limits do not apply to your obligation to pay fees, your breach of section 5 (Acceptable use), either party's indemnity obligations, or liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.

12. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against third-party claims arising from Customer Data, your breach of section 5, or your breach of privacy or marketing laws. We will indemnify you against third-party claims that the Service, as provided by us, infringes their intellectual property rights. The indemnified party must notify the other promptly, let it control the defence and cooperate reasonably.

13. Term, suspension and termination

  • These terms start when you create an account and continue until terminated.
  • You can close your workspace or cancel at any time in the app or by emailing us. Prepaid fees are not refunded unless we terminate without cause.
  • We can terminate on 30 days' notice for any reason, or immediately if you materially breach these terms and do not fix it within 14 days of notice, or if you become insolvent.
  • On termination, your access ends. You have 30 days to export your data on request; after that we delete Customer Data as described in section 3.
  • Sections 3, 8 to 12, 15 and 16 survive termination.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For material changes we will give at least 30 days' notice by email or in the app. If you do not agree, you may close your account before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the change.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The parties submit to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming. Before starting proceedings (except for urgent relief), each party will try in good faith to resolve a dispute by negotiation for at least 20 business days.

16. General

  • Entire agreement. These terms, the Privacy Policy and the DPA are the whole agreement on their subject.
  • Assignment. You may not assign these terms without our consent. We may assign them to a successor of our business with notice to you.
  • Force majeure. Neither party is liable for delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control, other than payment obligations.
  • Notices. Notices to us go to [email protected]. Notices to you go to the workspace owner's email address.
  • Severability and waiver. If any part is unenforceable, the rest continues. Not enforcing a right is not a waiver of it.
  • No partnership. The parties are independent contractors.
