Subprocessors

1Dashboard uses the service providers below to host and run the Service. Each one may process personal information only to provide its service to us, under a written agreement with data protection terms. We give customers at least 30 days' notice before adding or replacing a subprocessor.

Database backups are kept on our server in Singapore (Hostinger) and as an encrypted offline copy controlled by our team. Backups older than 30 days are deleted. We do not use a separate off-site backup provider.
Email to [email protected] is received through Cloudflare Email Routing.
Not subprocessors: services you connect
When you connect your own accounts, data moves between 1Dashboard and that provider on your instructions, under your own agreement with them. These include Google (Google Ads, Google Sheets and Drive), Meta, TikTok, Microsoft Advertising, Zoho, ActiveCampaign, GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Pipedrive, monday.com and your own Cloudflare D1 databases.
