Connect Cloudflare D1

If your landing pages run on Cloudflare and save form entries in a D1 database, 1Dashboard can read them. Add one connection per database. 1Dashboard only needs read access.

What it brings in

  • Rows from the table you choose, as leads.
  • The columns you map: name, email, phone, source and more.

Before you start

  • Your Cloudflare Account ID (Workers & Pages, then Account details in the right sidebar).
  • The D1 database ID (Storage & databases, then D1, then your database).
  • A Cloudflare API token with Account · D1 · Read permission. Create it under My Profile, then API Tokens, then Create Custom Token.
  • The name of the table that holds your leads (often “leads” or “submissions”).

Steps

  1. In 1Dashboard, open Integrations and click Connect a D1 on the Cloudflare D1 card.
  2. Click Add D1 database.
  3. Give the connection a name, then paste the account ID, database ID, API token and table name. Each field has a “How do I find this?” guide.
  4. Click Test connection.
  5. Match your columns to lead fields. You need at least email or phone, so leads can be matched. You can also set a fixed source name for every lead from this database.
  6. Click Save connection, then Sync now to pull your leads.

How often it syncs

  • Every connected database is checked for new rows every 5 minutes.
  • To pull now, click Manage on the card and Sync now next to the database.

Each card on the Integrations page shows when it last synced, and flags anything that needs you.

Common problems

“Couldn’t reach that database”

Check the account ID, database ID, API token and table name. The token needs D1 Read on the same account, and the table name is case-sensitive.

“Map at least one contact column”

Pick the column that holds email or phone. 1Dashboard uses it to avoid duplicates.

Cloudflare D1 is limiting requests or not responding

Cloudflare had a short problem. We retry automatically. Nothing to do unless it lasts more than a few hours.

Disconnect

  • Click Manage on the Cloudflare D1 card, then Remove next to the database and confirm.
  • Syncing from that database stops. Leads already imported stay in 1Dashboard. You can also delete the API token in Cloudflare.
