Connect ActiveCampaign

Connect ActiveCampaign with your account URL and API key. 1Dashboard brings in contacts that were added or changed recently, then keeps checking for new ones.

What it brings in

  • Contacts added or changed in the window you choose (the last 7 days by default).
  • After that, every new or updated contact.

Before you start

  • Your ActiveCampaign API URL and API key. Both are in ActiveCampaign under Settings > Developer. The URL ends in .api-us1.com or similar.

Steps

  1. In 1Dashboard, open Integrations and click Connect on the ActiveCampaign card.
  2. Paste the Account URL, for example https://youraccount.api-us1.com.
  3. Paste the API token.
  4. Choose the Initial pull window: the last 7, 14, 30 or 90 days. 7 days is recommended and fastest.
  5. Click Connect & pull. The first pull runs in the background. Refresh after a minute.

How often it syncs

  • After the first pull, 1Dashboard checks for new and updated contacts every 15 minutes.
  • You can also click Sync now on the ActiveCampaign card.

Each card on the Integrations page shows when it last synced, and flags anything that needs you.

Common problems

“Couldn’t connect ActiveCampaign”

Check that the account URL is the API URL from Settings > Developer (not your normal login address) and that the key was copied in full.

ActiveCampaign rejected the saved API key

The key was changed or removed in ActiveCampaign. Copy a fresh key from Settings > Developer. Then click Disconnect on the ActiveCampaign card and connect again with the new key. Contacts already in 1Dashboard stay.

Older contacts are missing

Only contacts changed inside the first pull window come in. Contacts updated later are picked up automatically. Email support if you need a longer history.

Disconnect

  • On the ActiveCampaign card, click Disconnect and confirm.
  • Contacts already in 1Dashboard stay. New pulls stop. The saved key is removed.
