Early access
Your first three steps
A new workspace shows a Welcome to 1Dashboard checklist on the Overview page. Each step ticks itself off when it’s done.
1. Connect a source
Open Integrations and connect where your leads or ad spend live: your CRM, ad accounts, a Google Sheet or your website. Pick yours from the setup guides.
2. Create an API key
An API key lets your website forms send new leads straight to 1Dashboard. See Website forms (API).
3. Invite your team
Give each teammate their own sign-in so everyone works from the same list. See Your team below.
Stuck on a step? Click Help getting started on the checklist, or email [email protected].
Workspaces
A workspace holds one set of leads, team, integrations and API keys. Agencies often keep one workspace per client. Nothing is shared between workspaces.
- To add one, open the workspace menu and choose Create workspace. You become its Owner.
- Use the same menu to switch between the workspaces you belong to.
Your team
- Open Team and click Invite member.
- Enter one or more email addresses, separated by commas.
- Choose a role and, if you like, add a personal message.
- Send. Each person gets an email with a link to join.
Owners and admins can invite people. The roles are:
- Admin: Everything, including team and workspace settings.
- Manager: Full lead access, plus views, integrations and custom fields.
- Member: Can view, edit and assign leads. No settings access.
- Viewer: Read-only access to leads and analytics.
Invite links expire. If one has, ask your teammate to resend it from the Team page.
Timezone
Lead dates and date ranges follow the workspace timezone. An owner or admin sets it in Settings, under Workspace timezone. Daylight saving is handled for you.
Anyone can switch their own view from the clock in the header. That only changes what you see; teammates keep the workspace default.
Leads basics
- Leads shows every lead from every source in one table.
- Add filters to narrow it down, for example by source, status or date.
- Save a set of filters as a view so you can come back to it. Your saved views are listed under Views.
- Click a lead to open it: its details from each source, plus its history.
- Export downloads every lead that matches your filters as a CSV file.
- The same person from two sources becomes one lead when the email or phone matches. See duplicates.
Analytics basics
- Overview sums up your leads and ad results for the date range you pick.
- Analytics shows ad spend and results from your connected ad accounts. Filter by platform, account or campaign, and drill from a campaign down to ad groups, ads and keywords.
- Break results down by things like device, location or landing page, and compare with the previous period.
- Ad numbers appear once an ad account is connected and its first import has finished.
